In addition, we will provide the necessary education, skills, information, and direction to promote a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle.

Our vision is to bridge the gap between personal trainers, athletic trainers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists by establishing a good relationship with the healthcare community. Our Business

Here at Striations Fitness Sports Medicine & Occupational Therapy we provide quality care that allows you to engage in your productive, meaningful, and purposeful everyday occupations (activities, tasks, recreational activities). We accomplished this task by integrating experience, knowledge, best practice, collaboration, evidence based practice, and advocating for what is best for our clientele,  in order to devise an appropriate client-centered plan of care that meets your specific needs. Who We Are

Hi my name is Randall Watkins. I am a licensed and registered occupational therapist, a licensed and certified athletic trainer, and a certified personal trainer. My personal training certification is through the National Strength and Condition Association. I am a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Maryland Occupational Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, Maryland Athletic Trainers Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have worked with the athletic population (high school, college level, and youth) and I have provided care to the adult, older adult, and geriatric populations.
